Pedals Working on Kosmo-L controller but not MCG-R controller

Hello. I recently got my full HOSAS setup
Kosmo - L
MCG - R
Pedals

The pedals work great as a standalone peripheral
The pedals work great when i plug them into the Kosmo-L and it adds the extra Z axis
The pedals do NOT work when i plug them into the control box for MCG-R. Reboot, reinstall etc, they just dont show up in the config.

Any ideas or thoughts on this?

Any twist module on that MCG grip? What firmware has been flashed on it?
