Gladiator-k left/right lost resistance

Hello,

Was playing star citizen, using a gladiator-k with KSG premium grip.

Heard a clicklike sound from the base and I've lost the "springy" feeling when I move the stick left and right. Up/down still works fine.

I'm guessing I'm going to have to open the base up. Any advice on how to approach this issue would be appreciated.

Seems like you snapped a spring ) Luckily you have spares.

I don't suppose there are any videos or documentation that would assist in terms of taking this thing apart?

Also for the record, I looked through everything that came with the device. Neither of my gladiator-ks include extra springs. : (

Edit: good news is I opened it up, found the broken spring and I'm pretty sure I know where the replacement goes. I guess I have to order a new spring.

Ah sorry, Gladiator NXT was imprinted on my brain even if you mentioned several times the K. So in this case please fill up a service ticket.
