Need advice about outer deadzones

Postby claw » Tue Feb 11, 2020 23:28

Hello! Since the new silicone dust cover implemented, the unwanted resistance on the edges of the axes has been decreased.
However not fully and these last 5mm or less feels very tight to get raw 0 and 65535 which was calibrated till cutoff.
Therefore i want to hear advice from tech support - maybe will be better to set outer deadzones to have 0 and 65535 without applying too much force?
Without outer deadzones its very hard to get the top corners of the square moving by diagonal.

Yes i understand that these points are almost not touchable by usual flying conditions, however need to understand your point of view.
TIA!

You don't have to force the grip against the rubber, just push it until you feel the resistance starts increasing and let go. Don't worry if the counter hasn't reach the min/max, the moment when you'll hit End Calibr that's gonna be your end of axis range.
