MCG Pro - Rattle

I received a MCG Pro + Gunfighter about a week ago. After opening it I noticed the buttons were really lose, to the point where they rattle like a maraca. I asked few community members who have the same setup if they have this issue and to my astonishment they do and do not. It would seem from what I can gather that only the more recent purchases have this issue, those with products 7+ months old do not encounter this. Here is a video of the issue for reference:

I've opened a support ticket with vkb na, We went back and forth, I opened the unit, checked for loose parts, put it back together, same issue. Plugged it in and all buttons are working. I even showed video to the support agent of how if I put tape over the buttons the rattle goes away. Long story short the support agent tells me to go here and ask if something changed in your manufacturing process.

The problem is minor-ish, its a rattle, but things work which is great. Seems to me hat the tolerances are wrong, maybe bushing are missing, whatever it is, the issue is new as many other of your customers have told me they dont have this problem.

Hopefully you can help me out here, I just want to know if I should send this back, if there is an easy solution, whatever. I already know of 1 person who was so unsatisfied that he immediately boxed up his purchase and put it on ebay. You guys have a good rep for quality, I hope we can figure something out here.

I got someone who bought their MCG Pro MKII near day 1 to send me footage of them shaking it in the same fashion, and it does exactly what mine does... i guess this is just how it is. Unfortunate, but at least its not just mine.
