First sorry for my bad english !
" Days ago im order an Space Combat Grip "Kosmosima ( lefthand premium ) from your website, after im geting your receipt im realice that im buy a grip not a complete joystick.
i have open a ticket 1 Day ago and Today ( ticketnr. 1405 and 1407) , i didnt get a awnser ((((.
I hoped to change my order before my order gets startet because i cant use the grip that im buyed without a Base.
I hope you guys can help my before my order is geting out !

In the middle of the weekend it is rather difficult to answer your tickets but I managed to do so by the end of Sunday. Now your wrong order is refunded and I hope your issue is now fixed. You can place new order now for the right variant of the base. Please, note that we plan to ship most of variants on the 8th of August.
