Sorry for some delay with my answer. We could miss your ticket as we experience some resource shortage this week.
Your order was indeed shipped two weeks ago. However, from my experience the parcels to Chile takes more than two weeks. I believe it is currently handled in your country Custom Office. I would propose to check if you could speed up the clearance.
