I have opened a support ticket on my VKB-Shop account since the April 26 and I still don't have an official response.
Can I have a statement
by VKB on the taking into account of this ticket because I have, since my purchase, a faulty stick.
Is it usual to ask customers to try to repair a product under warranty themselves ? Sorry but I'm not an electronic engineer so ask me to dismount the joy and starting to connect pins with a screwdriver is going a little too far for me.
