The ship date on my box is 1/6/26 for the Gladiator. I cannot find my emails with the Order # to submit a ticket.
It is a Gladiator EVO R XT2 V2.199 and the VKB device config NJoy32 firmware is V23.1913. System is Windows 11.
The problem with the Gladiator is the RAPID FIRE down button (22) does not work and also the Red Button (3) does not work.
All other buttons and axes are ok.
Reboot, power off, re-calibrate all to no avail.

Jan 2 2026 so it's only 3 months old.
The problem is ...2 buttons just stopped working
1. Red button (3) it does click when I press it
2. Rapid fire down button (22) no click when pressed.
System is win 11.
Power off, re-calibrate all to no avail.
