New Gunfighter DOA

Just received new Gunfighter MKIV MCG PRO, watched set up video, put on baseplate and stick, hooked up black box to stick to S-Sub port plugged into computer i get white lights on 1,2,3 and blue light on above the SYS red button, the computer does not recognize anything plugged in, plugged into my other computer and still same thing. One machine is fresh load of windows 11 and other is windows 10. I also purchased STECS standard and it works fine on both machines, i have tried different cables, different ports. Discord user said unplug and hold sys button then plug in, both computers see it when i do that and only blue light is on but VKBDevCfg-C_v0.93.89 shows it as zBoot Njoy32 v02.35 and i cannot do anything with it. If i open ZBootloader2_v1.96 it says Boot Device: Detected - OK i can select _BlackBox_Mk3_Unified_v2_20_C and hit FLASH IT it says erase, erase done, Programing then done, the black box comes back on with 3 whit lights and a blue light, computer does not recognize it and the SYS button does nothing.

Disconnect the base with the grip and connect the bare Black Box.
Does anything change? Show a screenshot from the configurator afterward.
