shocking customer service
Within four weeks from opening my Christmas present, the Gladiator developed a fault, short circuit of some sort where the A1 light comes on by itself without even touching the button or sometimes without touching the grip. trying to turn the light off by pressing A1 is also intermittent, sometimes it takes several clicks for it to work. The Omni Throttle that came with it is working as intended. I sent videos, screenshots of config and said that it was HARDLY USED and received a reply from Anton that it failed due to HARD USE. Can someone explain the difference to him please? I said he was twisting my words and he replied "interesting, how should I understand HARDLY USED?" I would like a replacement or my money back and he said my 14 days return period expired, joystick developed a fault about 20 days after opening the box. How is this possible, am I being scammed? Is VKB one of those Micky Mouse companies scamming customers? How do I get a new joystick or my money back? Who do I need to speak to? Can someone with similar experience help please? Is there some ombudsman to complain to?

Relax, they won't let you hanging. I'll contact the owner of the company right away and he'll make the things straight (VKB EU is an independent business which sells our products).
Please update this topic with the outcome. Sorry you had to get though this bad experience, but we'll figure it out.
