VKB Stecs "not configured" in Windows11

Hi ther, i ha a VKB S-Tecs mModern Throttle Mini Plu Sem XT2, Firmware v2.196
also a VKB Sim Gladiator Evo R XT2 Firmware v2.199, Operating System Windows 11

My problem is that for the past few days, the VKB S-Tecs has been showing as unconfigured in the Windows Game Controllers settings. This wasn't the case a few weeks ago. As a result, it's not displayed in some games (not all) or is unusable.
Following VKB's recommendation, I configured and calibrated it not through Windows, but using VKB Device Config version 0.93.43. I've done it this way before when making changes, and it was then displayed correctly in Windows. Do you have any ideas on how I can solve this problem? I've attached a configuration file.

Reset to default and calibrate as shown at the timestamp in this guide.
If the issue persists make sure you're plugged into the back of computer (nu USB hubs), try changing the USB cable, swap USB ports, unplug some other USB devices if you have a lot. Also, post a screenshot here with the app which doesn't recognize it.
