Gladiator EVO L Throttle Jitter

I've owned both L and R Gladiator EVO Throttle and Joystick for about a year now. They've been working superbly until the throttle started to jitter lately. I have followed all the instructions to the letter in terms of flashing both HOTAS and correctly calibrating them. The left throttle still jitters. I see it in DCS while in the cockpit and on the Axes1 tab of the Cfg app. If i center the throttle perfectly at a value of 32767 the jitter stops. Any other movement or value in the throttle and it starts jittering.

- There is no router or cell phone or electronics near the throttle other than my monitor and keyboard.
- The Y Axis spring has been removed to replicate a plane throttle.
- Both HOTAS have been flashed to v.2.196 and calibrated slowly.
- I have unplugged and plugged the throttle several times, each time flashing and recalibrating.
