Issue: When the Trimmer Options window is opened with either Ph.Ax or L.Ax option already selected, the AxisNN field does not display.
Selecting Ph.Ax or L.Ax again displays the field correctly.
This is purely visual and does not affect the already selected AxisNN value if the window is closed with the AxisNN field missing.
