Buttons to axis?

How can I make an axis contolled by buttons? I'm asking because I want to make an axis controlled my the 5 position detend profile rotary knob on my STECS. So I could have 0 % - 25 % - 50 % - 75 % - 100 % axis positions selectable by the knob. I would be using to control wing sweep for example where 5 positions is plenty accurate.

Solved this by trial and error with TRIMMER SET 2 in Button Mapping Wizard.
