"Device signature not correct" updating firmware on T-Rudder

I'm getting "Device signature not correct" trying to update firmware on a new T-Rudder. I'm using the latest downloads from https://vkb-sim.com.au/pages/downloads, and I've attached the op1 file generated by using "save" in the bootloader.

I've got the Mk2 Black Box version, and the device is listed as VKBSim T-Rudder v2.11.8 in the bootloader. I'm selecting _BB_mk2_TRudder_v2_14_A.vkb, and when I click "Flash It!" I get the "Device signature not correct - flash fail" error.

Files versions I'm using:
VKBDevCfg-C_v0.92.79.zip
v2_14_A.zip
zBootloader2-v2_01.zip

What am I doing wrong?

Please unzip in the same folder with zBootloader, run zBootloader and type load in command line.
