Gunfighter Mk.III Modern Combat Edition Pro

hello.

today i got my gunfighter but i canty get it to work. i watched the video and followed the steps but still no luck. i have taken grip off and ensured it is connected properly(if i press down anymore i feel i will break it)
i removed extension also but didn't change anything. i have a red and blue flashing lights on my black box also. i the videos when they go to bootloader page they have a green light also that i am not getting.

would appreciate any help!!

Remove the fastener, press on the grip until it sits properly on the base (push down the dust cover and visually confirm that), insert the fastener and press gently on the grip while tightening the fastener for good contact.
