gladiator nxt thq middle lever not working
so i got the gladiator nxt with the throttle, followed the video to connect it to the joystick and calibrated it but i only get 2 outside levers working the middle one does not. if i mess with the settings i can get different levers to work but can only have 2. for example i can have left and middle but not right, or right and middle but not left. i can not flash it either, i get "device signature not correct" on all the firmware files and yes i tried shorting the boot pins. can someone tell me how to fix this and get all 3 levers working at the same time?

Re: gladiator nxt thq middle lever not working
You have an EVO, right? There's no need to flash if that's the case. Also, why did you set up the THQ to Sub4? If there's only 1 in the system keep it on Sub1.
If this doesn't make sense let me know and I'll detail the process.

i didnt set anything, it was like that from the beginning. i dont even know what most of those settings are. the only ones ive touched are the axis settings in that second picture to try and get it to work. ive tried doing the whole clicking default to start over but get same result

Then do this:
- disconnect the unit from USB;
- press and hold the C1 and C2 buttons on the THQ and plug it to USB while still holding the 2 buttons;
- release the buttons a few seconds after reconnecting to USB;
- press A1 button once, then disconnect from USB;
- plug back to USB;
- run VKBDevCfg and press the Default button under Tools tab;
- navigate to Global/External/External Devices and press the Find&AutoCalibr button;
- go to Test/Axes1 tab and click on the Start Calibr button;
- move your pitch, roll and yaw axes all the way, slowly at the end;
- move the mini-throttle up and down;
- press the A1 ministick center button and when the LED turns red move the ministick all over;
- move all 3 axes on the THQ up and down, through their whole range, a few times;
- press the End Calibr button.
