VKB Gladiator NXT Premium (Dual Stick Left + Right) Firmware Issue

I just received my dual stick setup with no other modules. I downloaded from the website the latest config/zbootloader/firmware file. I flashed both controllers with the same firmware as it did not seem to have an option for (L)eft and (R)ight controllers but now the left seems wrong. This is what I'm seeing:

Did I do something wrong or miss a step?

On both joysticks press Default under Tools tab, then Find&AutoConfig under Global/External/ExternalDevices.
Calibrate all axes afterwards.
