Gladiator NXT L not working

I have had and used this joystick for about a year or a little more. The last few months it sat unused. Today I plugged it in and windows or flight sim did not see it.
Downloaded the latest config and it said I needed a firmware update. Before updating I checked the test Tab in config and got noting from the joystick.
Downloaded the firmware and bootloader. Loaded firmware v2.090 and that went fine.
Restart the device and configurator and it shows it now with the new firmware. Followed the config video and I still get nothing from the joystick. The LED's are on so I know it is powered and the configurator sees it.
I have tired all I can think of.
Any help on fully resetting it to factory to see if I can get it working again would be great.

I included the device report from the configurator. Is there anything else I can supply to help?

Show tabs Global-External, Profile-Axes/Buttons.

Here are the screen shots. Notice in the Axis test it just looks wrong.
I'm thinking something has to be set wrong, just strange that everything would fail but yet the bootloader can write the firmware and read it.

You need Profile-Axes tabs (logical and physical) and physical buttons. And also Test-External Devices.

Press the Default button under Tools tab, then Find&Autoconfig button under Global/External/ExtrnalDevices. Calibrate afterwards.
