VKB Gladiator Died?

Hey All,

Recently received a Gladiator NXT (3 days ago). All was well, with a smooth calibration and set up for MFS and DCS. Playing MSFS this evening, and game freezes and windows device disconnect sound plays. Gladiator NXT flashes F1 Red followed by F3 green. Then stops. No further lights. Am now unable to get any response from it.

I have tried:

Different USB wire
Different ports and plugging in in safe mode
Plugging into different computer/laptops
Using flat head screw on boot pins
Every combination of hard reset and flash you can imagine.


There is not even a recognised or unrecognised device in windows devices and no lights at all on the device .Has this died on me? I am pretty dissapointed considering how highly everyone spoke of NXT! Hopefully an exception.

Hold F1 and F2 buttons pressed while connecting to USB. If still not working try F1, F2, F3 and plug it in.
If you run the VKBDevCfg and zBootloader what device name shows up?
