SEM with USB module not recognized

Hello there
I've just received my SEM.
Today I prepared it to be connected.
1) removed the 5 screws
2) removed the bus board
3) installed USB board making sure to connect the 4 pins and adding the 3 screws
4) added the transparent thing where the led is
5) changed the detents for landing gear and flaps
5 bis) closed everything
6) installed the usb c to usb a cable and secured it with the small plate.
7) downloaded VKBDevCfg (v0.92.17)
booted SEM in config mode, set subaddress 1, set detents for landing gear to 2 and none for flaps
9) pressed C1 and disconnected.
10) connected to pc and the application does not show me the SEM (it does show the gunfighter and the gladiator though)

Things I've tried;
Changed the usb port
Changed the subaddress
Disconnected the gladiator

Nothing worked. Any suggestions?

Remove the GNX HID controller and check on the 4 pin connector.

Disassembled, checked the connector and now all is good. Thanks a lot!
