VKB Gladiator PRO MKII upgrade grips SCG PRO. bad connection base / grips

Hello,

I just received the part "UPGRADE KIT LITE FOR GLADIATOR MK.II", once installed with the video, the red led flashes and I cannot use the grip.

I tried several times to reinstall the grip on the base, and also to check the connection inside the base, and also to clean the pad and the pin (with alcohol)

With a multimeter the connections on the base and the grip work separately, but once the grip is installed on the base only the red wire works.
So the connections hurt.

Do you have a way or an idea to solve this problem?

Please launch Vkbdevcfg.exe and test connection between joystick parts. Show screenshot.
