MCG Pro right roll axis randomly stops working

Hello,

My MCG Pro randomly stops working while inputting right roll in DCS.

Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt. There doesnt seem to be any reason for it.

As an fyi, I have the new black box. have had it for a number of months now. The light on it are indicating that everything is fine.

When you said 'stop working' are you referring to the twist axis or the whole grip (buttons, axes)?

When I would want to roll right during flight, nothing would happen.

When I would rotate the stick around all the axis's, the plane would roll left, point down , point up, but nothing on the right side.

When on the ground, if I moved the stick left, the left aileron would rise. When I move the stick to the right, nothing would happen.

Everything else works as it should.

Man, I can barely see those numbers, should've posted the config window only. But if I am to guess your twist axis is uncalibrated. Follow this video (skip the flashing part, jump to calibration) for properly calibrating your device; don't forget to include the twist in the process.

Now it’s better. I could see that you’re on pretty old firmware too, so I would suggest to follow the guide from the beginning.

What does it mean after I flash it and it says - Error write data: 0?

Just wanted to report, that I have run into the same issue again.
It appears to only happen when I rapidly put right roll input into it. If I am slow and smooth, it does not appear to happen.
When I ran the calibration from the DevConfig, if I am quick to make a right roll input, instead of the numbers climbing, they seem to sporadically move from anywhere around 41000, all the way up to about 52000.
If I am nice an smooth, they go all the way to the far right and stay at 65535.

Any ideas?

That should be enough reason to switch to Ultimate.. Its like the saying "If it aint broke, dont fix it. Go buy the next one."

You can see from the pictures that with full right roll inputted, I am not reaching the amount of input as I should.
