Gladiator NXT Right Premium Doesn't Recognize x/r rotation

Gladiator NXT Right Premium Doesn't Recognize x/r rotation
I just acquired a Gladiator NXT Right Premium grip and followed calibration instructions after flashing firmware. It seems to perfectly detect x, y, and z axes, but the values for Rot X, Y, Z remain static. Current values are x = 32767, y = 32767, z = 0. Not sure if I'm doing something wrong or if this is a hardware issue.

Please use the VKBDevCfg to calibrate: navigate to Test/Axes, then to Tools and press the large square Start Calibr button. Move all joystick along all its axes: push the stick back and forth and left to right, twist it left and right, push the mini-throttle up and down, press on the center button of the A1 hat so the small round red LED comes on and then move the ministick around to get calibrated. When done press the End Calibr. button and that's it.

I did this earlier. Everything calibration gave feedback with the exception of twisting the stick. No matter what, the rotational axes remain at the values stated above.

Have you pressed the Default button before calibrating? If yes then please post a screenshot of Profile/Axes/Logical and Physical axes.

Yeah, I did press the default. Here's the screenshot

The twist axis is not calibrated - 255,255.
Activate the PartialCalibation checkbox in Settings and select only the twist axis (3) and calibrate it.
The numbers don't have to be like that, like now.
I advise you to add lines to the zconfig.ini file, as in the picture.

I added the lines as specified and tried to do the partial calibration. No matter what, it seems to recognize all axes besides the rotations. I'm sorry, I don't know what to do differently.

Open up the base and check the 3 wire cable coming from the grip; disconnect it from the board and plug it back firmly. Check the wires integrity while you're there.

Thank you! It wasn't seated well I guess. After disconnecting and reconnecting, it is now working!

Is this statement for everyone to manually type into their zconfig.ini file even if the NXT is working fine?
