Dear lee1hy or kim12345 or whatever other nicks you're using, in order to have your problem fixed you should open up a service ticket on Ali or send an e-mail to
sales@vkb-sim.pro, providing your original order number, date, name and a description of the issue with pictures illustrating it. If you already did that, then you should check your spam folder; sometimes messages from Ali are ending up in there.
Other than this, I'm glad you haven't threw the joystick away to get a TM, as you were stating exactly 1 year ago. Also, be careful with that shredder - you might end up buying a TM AND a shredder if you'll do as you said. Not sure if getting a joystick through a shredder would be covered by warranty (I'm talking about shredder's warranty, because VKB's warranty is rock solid).
