Compatible with Brunner base?

Hi! I'm interested in buying a VKB compatible with a Brunner base but could find nothing online. That base works with any Warthog compatible grips.
It seems like the MCG TM grip was never created? That would definitely be my preference if I could get it. Or is there any adapters that could do the trick?
