What happens if you press Reset button?

The stick reboot but the red light flashes. Boot loader still has the error.. Hey I found something about this it say to short the boot pins. I have the bottom plate off but nothing looks like cmos pins.

Leave the hard reset for later. Is the device showing up in the configurator? Like here:

Press Default, then Bootloader.
