STECS MODERN THROTTLE is calibrated correctly to use full travel, but MSFS DOES NOT.

I am using the STECS Modern throttle mini plus XT2 v2.176 with MSFS 2024 on Windows 11 (up to date).
I have recently moved from MSFS 2020 to 2024 without making any changes to the controller except to buttons and hat switch.
My throttle control only starts adding power to the ga aircraft at about 50% of the travel, it does then provide full power but obviously with less definition.
I don't know if this was the case in 2020 but I only noticed it recently.
I have recalibrated with a recently (1 week ago) downloaded v0.93,43 firmware v2.19.B VKBDevConfig app. but that has not cured my problem.

Try the axes and buttons in a VKBDevCfg's tester - if they all work there's nothing wrong with the hardware. For game bindings and/or issues the specialized forums make more sense than here. I suggest our official Discord server, where our resident MSFS specialist Untold Force could provide valuable advice with infinite patience.

Thank you fallout9 for your response. I'm sorry but I just can't get on with Discord, I have tried many times and failed. Is there anywhere else that you can suggest where I can just post a question please? BTW the axes are all good in the VKBCfg panel so it must be something related to the game.

Unfortunately I don't have much experience in MSFS to afford providing advise on bindings I suggest asking the question on their forums; also this relevant forum seems very active.
We also provide some low level guides for MSFS on our YouTube channel; give them a try, maybe starting all over with bindings would help.

I found the answer with msfs forum. In settings\controls\VKB STECS controller there is a tiny settings icon alongside, and clicking that, and Hardware settings takes you to a sensitivity, neutral etc. menu where you can modify the response curve.
