Gladiator NXT EVO POV hat issue

Hello,

I have a Gladiator NXT EVO Premium edition and the POV hat is not recognizing Left and Right inputs, only the UP and Down inputs
When the axis mode are active, only the Y axis works and the X axis are not recognized.
I already tried to reconnect the joystick (physically) and reset It using the software and recalibrate It too, but still does not work.
I believe that may be hardware issue?

Please follow step by step the initialization and calibration procedure and report back.
