Support Ticket Limbo
Hi,
I've been trying to get a replacement for the Gunfighter Mk3 base as it hasn't been tapped and therefore I can't screw it into the baseplate or any mounts. I sent the EU seller an email on the day of receiving the item (20/03/2023) and also created a support ticket when the website was available again (24/03/2023), however I haven't heard anything back from them. I understand that the seller was away for a spring break.
I would rather get a replacement than return all the items I received but it is frustrating after spending a decent amount of money for a product to arrive and not be useable.

Any chance someone could get in contact with the EU seller? I've been saddled with a product for two weeks that I can't use and nobody has even looked at the ticket yet.

Hi ... new to the forum ... quick question, how do i raise a ticket? ... like Ulaid i'm in a position where i haven't been able to use the joystick since i got it... i misplaced the bag of extras, spare springs etc ... so unable to attach base plate without the 4 screws ... so can't mount the stick on my bracket ... Gladiator NXT EVO is my model ... alan

Hello, kind of the same for me, I opened a ticket about my issue, and after 1 or 2 days got an answer, that they would try to look for the best solution for my case but never heard from them for more than 2 months now. My ticket is #11664.
