Unable to open support ticket due to joysticks being gift, not in Orders

I've been combing through the forums looking for details on upgrading the HAT A1 button of the NXT Standard to the Ministick on premium. Everything points to opening a support ticket with VKB so that they can provide you with the parts on AliExpress. However, because the joystick was a gift, I have no items listed under Orders and therefore can't open a support ticket to request a link to the parts.

Anyone encountered this issue before? Is here a way to 'register' my joysticks on VKB so that I can use their support?
