Gladiator NXT Stopped working after an hour, no leds

I am also having this same issue as described.

Has any new info come forward about the issue?
I've found a few other people online who are also having this issue including one person posting video of the tech support assistance process. I am hoping they get to the root of what I suspect could be a serious compatibility issue with windows.

I have heard a lot of people say that the default windows calibration utility is a no no. So if windows has the ability to brick a controller then this could be a quite major problem for those of us that bought the product.

So far I know of 5 different cases of this problem happening with dual joysticks setup. I would call it a good clue to start from.

Will do, just wanted to bump everything to show the importance of the issue affecting multiple people.

I will stick to whichever thread appears to be most current. I feel bad other people are having the same problem but this does improve our odds of finding a solution.
