I tried hooking up my fsm module through a gnx stick and through an independent hid controller (both ways). When the hid controller was used, all leads on the fsm light up green and turn red when pressed. However, when using the gnx as the controller the fsm leds light up a noticeably dimmer green and the top left-most led in the module strobes red/green at a very fast rate. It's quite bothersome actually. None of the leds change to red when the button is pressed in this configuration either. I would just continue to use the HID controller but cannot Due to an unrelated issue. All of the inputs seem to work fine just that strobing LED bugs me. Any ideas?

Strange behavior from FSM-GA module LEDS.
Hi, me again

Every time when a new unit is connected to USB you have to press the Default button, followed by the Find&AutoConfig. That will fix your issue hopefully.

Hey, thank you so much for responding here and trying to help us out. It is appreciated more than you know....I tried what you suggested and it didn't solve the issue. Is that flashing an error code of some sort?

Re: Strange behavior from FSM-GA module LEDS.
Could you provide more info on your unit? What modules are present, how are they linked?
Re: Strange behavior from FSM-GA module LEDS.
Sure. Ive got an nxt left handed premium stick with a thq connected to its left side using the 3pin to 4pin jst cable. Then ive got an fsm module attached to the thq using a mfh and wired using the jst 4pin to usb-c cable. The 4pin end is connected to one of the sockets on the thq board and the usb-c end is plugged into the connector on the bottom of the fsm. Ive also got an nxt right handed premium connected to the same pc with a separate USB cable.

Actually...just flashed the firmware.for gnx that came out this morning (v8?) and that solved it. Leds behave normal now and turn red when button is pushed. You rock and thanks for helping!
