Gladiator not delivered

Hi I ordered a Gladiator NXT on 30/12/2020

I was given a delivery date of 04/01/2021 to the UK via USP Express Saver

UBS say a Label has been created but they have not received the item and that I should contact the suppler.

Hello John488,

We allows to buy NXT earlier to make it easier for our UK clients. The orders placed and paid in 2020 are handled according to pre-brexit schema and bypassing Custom clearance. However, the delivery of NXT to the store has been delayed for a week. We are getting it this week instead of last week. As soon as the shipment arrives, the orders will be immediately shipped. As the labels are created upfront, we will make sure to ship them as soon as we get the items.

We communicated it on the product page and on site news but probably still not clear enough. Sorry for confusion.

Ah, is this the case with VKB Pedals as well? It says my package is in the Netherlands still, and had an alert saying they needed new paperwork.

It might be that some shipments are delayed due to additional paperwork needed in post-brexit situation. We do our best to speed it up.

It's no problem, delays are expected. I voted remain!

Just annoyed at UPS as they now keep giving me dates and times for delivery so I have to be there to sign for it, then they don't turn up.
