My NXT is falling apart after 160 hours...

Hey All,

So I bought a new Gladiator NXT for Star Wars Squadrons when it came out last month, and after 160 hours of playtime I've already had issues with the flight stick's components. I've already had to replace both the X and Y springs twice, and now the secondary trigger (button 21) is no longer working. I've taken it apart to have a look, and for some reason it can no longer successfully press the button.

Is this common? Or did I just get a poorly manufactured one?

Both springs and secondary trigger are replaceable parts, exposed to manufacturing defects or too much abuse. Please fill up a service ticket and you'll get a new secondary trigger and spare springs.

Thank you. I will do that. After inspection, The plastic joint in the “elbow” of the secondary trigger is what snapped.
