Hide unued buttons

Postby pablete » Wed Sep 30, 2020 1:04

Hello,
I am using VKB config to configure the axes and buttons, and Joestik Gremling to apply modifiers and control layers to all my devices.
My joestick VKB is using a total of 27 buttons and 2 Povs, and I have configuratedthe VKB shofware to see only that 27. When I enter JG I see 128 (which are the ones I have in Vjoy).... is there any way to hide the unsuded buttons inside JG?

Thank you

As I understand it, you need to change the number of buttons in Common from 128 to 32 and press Set to save these settings in the controller. You can save this profile with the Save button for later fast loading.

Yes, in the VKB software it works for me, the problem is in JG, I can see the ones that are not used.

Nothing wrong with asking advice about Joystick Gremlin here, but I don't think you'd find your answers as not too many VKB owners are using it, VKB's native software being more powerful than JG.
I would suggest to direct your questions to the developer, if he has a dedicated forum. You could also find him and other people using JG on the HOTAS Discord.

I love VKB's native software, I only use JG to unify diferent devices and apply control layers.I imagine that some owner of VKB have to do the same, that's why I ask here.
Thanks in all ways, honestly the VK software is, by far, the best!
