No reply to support ticket regarding changing my order
Opened a support ticket on Sunday #3024 regarding my order 11036. I accidentally ordered the wrong grip (left) when I should have ordered right grip.

The order has been changed. We worked through all tickets by now.
No worries, we check the tickets before shipment. If any issues which you explained before shipment, it is on us and we fix it.
