I looked at the video and there's a lot of parts that need to be removed and put back together. Also, I wouldn't be able to tell if it's a proper amount of grease or not.

Some people are very picky with adjusting their joysticks. You really don't have to do that, it's not a mandatory step. I would suggest to leave it as it is then, play with it and see how it goes. That axis deviation is fine and won't be translated in game.

I mean, I can put a Finger very lightly on top of Joystick and that is already been registered by the Sensor. My Issue is with the Center off-setting after "hard" Pulls - this will also
happen with added Deadzone. :(

There's no benefit because you don't move the grip with the finger in game, but with your hand and the hand won't make this kind of fine adjustment.
The Gladiator is very precise, but it still has a plastic gimbal so won't stick to perfect 0 at rest without a deadzone of minimum 2. Even the GunFighter with its metal cams and springs might not leave an invisible line on 0 without hard cams, heavy springs and released dampers. This is not a defect - the sensors are high resolution and even if you see the axis line out of 0 at rest, if it's close to 0 then it won't get translated in game.

Yeah I was just wondering if my joystick is defective or out of spec but I guess not? I can see it in game sometimes because it's not centered and I have to correct it by hand when I see movement. Mine requires a bit over 3% dz lo to say perfectly centered.

I am controlling with the whole Hand and single Fingers - also with Muscle Pressure. Don't know how to exactly describe that in english Language. Sorry!

Also one of the Reasons I have completly re-placed the Grease with way lower Viscosity.

Free-floating Arm-position and only controlling roughly with Hand and Arm - like in the VPC Commercial Clip? This can't be precise.

i have the same curves in joytester after putting 2.2 and 2.3 dzlo in x and y axes it is really annoying for such a nice joystick the next step i'll try is to put some silicon grease on the gimbals :(
