Package stuck "delayed" by DHL

Hi,

It has been over a week since I ordered and DHL has had the package for 5 days. It reached Birmingham, UK but since then said delayed. I tried to speak to DHL but they say I need to speak to the sender. What is the process to chase this up please?

I think it is worth writing to the seller and clarify this point from him. He should have more complete information.

Apologies, I perhaps wasn't clear. The seller is VKB. I have emailed and logged a ticket, so I guess I have done all I can. Frustrating as it took DHL ages to actually get it over to the UK and apparently something has now gone wrong (which they can't tell me about!)

Looks like it was intercepted by customs... been that way for days and no idea what happens next.

You need contact DHL support service.
Provide tracking number and ask what they want from You.

Just as I had my hopes up, looks like the status just keeps automatically rolling to "next day"... still stuck in customs and no sign of moving.

Unfortunately, the first attempt was not successful. It is rarely happened though. Luckely it has been delivered this time according our tracking system.
