Re: Have Vkb gone bust?
I think the issue is poor communication and lack of resource. I don't think info has ever been prompt from many of the comments here unfortunately for EU.
Re: Have Vkb gone bust?
Still don`t know if it is worth waiting for an answer from them or if I should go look for the stuff I want to buy some place else. I don`t mind waiting but if nothing is clear regarding EU site stock and even if they are willing to ship stuff in all EU countries or even what payment methods this site EU FSC accepts. But no one answers emails on the posted email address on the site nor does anyone answer here. If I don`t get answers on stuff that has to do with VKB getting money from me, what will happen if I have an issue with the gear they supply.... It`s sad really the MCG and the rudder pedals look like a good pieces of kit, but the way they conduct their business here is rather strange....

Nope, no answer just yet, I emailed them on the 31st of January, maybe it takes a little bit more, but still.

Re: Have Vkb gone bust?
Hello guys, sorry for the lack of information but there is no new information so far. We are still on track according to previous announcements. We plan to start shipping new products to our customers in EU in March. That was communicated some time in October I believe and the plan is still valid.
I would like to confirm that all items like MCG, MCG Pro and new Gunfighter are produced for EU market and awaiting for delivery to NL store as soon as Chinese New Year is over and all logistic companies are back to work.
We will also mail all our customers who bought Gunfighter rev. A earlier to allow them to order MCG for rev.A socket.

Re: Have Vkb gone bust?
And what about the 'new' website that you said on the 14th Feb would be up that week?
AFAIK there is no supply / stock issues with running a website / answering emails.
Even if there is no new news, or the old plan is still valid ( it wasn't because you originally said they would be up for pre-order in Feb, and now we're in March and we still can't) then TALKING TO YOUR WOULD-BE CUSTOMERS is still just as important.

Re: Have Vkb gone bust?
Exactly, we dont have nothing the new website and the sale of the gunfughter and mcg pro. Time goes and vkb Europe says nothing.
Re: Have Vkb gone bust?
I don`t understand tbh why there is such difference between EU and US site. I would think that both markets would have the same appeal to a company trying to place products. I just hope the wait will no be in vain.
