I am a FatMamba user in China.Several days ago,i just updated the fireware (1.586),i found that if i just pressed the "set"button in the software of vkb device config,the led couldn't work well,one of the gear lights went off. why? I just tried to flash the fireware of 1.569,three gear lights went off ?! help!

Text is easy to understand, in case of any troubles I'll try to help you.
Please show screenshot of configuration program window, your current configuration, Global - External - LEDs tab.

Here are my screenshost.i found it is very different from yours! i can't control the op1 and led#.They are gray!

My screenshots have been uploaded.Which item of the LED Tab can control the undercarriage light? If i tried to change the led mode(item10~12),the undercarriage lights all failed.

I'm at work now, I don' remember LED numbers. 0 is system led, blue by default. 1st string zero event - Joystick is turned on, Color2 - blue.
2nd string. Same led blinks color 1 - red when you will calibrate joystick
3 and 4 strings leds 1 and 2 light when you usre shift 1 or2. By default toggle NAV BVR ...
Try to set other leds to light. for example - as #0 - zero event. You will find their numbers.
OP1 field is grey for zero event - this event is single. uou can choose number of shift, axis that is fixed etc. So that field accessibility depends of event flag.

I tried every item of the Led Tab.I only can change the Zero event Led,but undercarriage lights still can't be controlled.
when i reflash the firmware of 1.586,the led works! but when i change something then press the "set" button,they fail.....T T

Example for you.
0(system) lights constantly
1(left gear) slow blinks
2&3 blink when shift is pressed
4 (really 2 leds eng and oil together) blink ultrafast.

Do not look at other strings. I use addition RGB leds.

My firmware is 1.586.The system said it was old.The 1.586 version is outdated now？
You can change the LED#? I can't control LED# and Event flag . I only can switch the LED MODE and Color MODE.My screenshots are given blow.

Find file zconfig.ini. It is in the same folder as VKBDevCfg-C.exe.
Try to add string User=Developer in [User] section of this file. This string enables use of LEDs.

How to use ButtonWizard? It turned out to be gray.....
I found that when i played WarThunder,i pressed the button 5(the orange one),the ESC menu appeared.I tried to set up this button,but it was unsuccessful.Is it a bug?

Please show tabs Profile - Buttons - Physical and Logical layers.
You can open dialog window Button mapping wizard pressing any line number on Physical layer tab. Using this dialog controls you can set this line as button, toggle switch etc. on Logical layer you can map any line to, for example, key, mouse button etc.
I think your orange button is mapped to Esc key.
You can see how joystick buttons correspond to line numbers. To do so check Poll checkbox on Physical layer tab. When you push button, toggle switch or rotate encoder, corresponding line will light.
I do not have english manual. Please try to look at russian one. Interface is in english, I hope it will nit be so hard)), but very interesting))

I found this button is not mapped to ESC key.(I played IL-2 1946 and IL-2 COD.This button could be easily set to any function i wanted)
My 3 screenshots have been uploaded~i tried to set this button as "A" of my keyboard.It failed...

Thoughts
1. Tab Common - #But. Only 31 buttons are enabled. Set to 128 (max).
2. You mapped line #38 not to a key, but to Ctrl+Shift+a.

That may be a mistake.when i got the screenshot,the software set the orange button as my screenshot hot key.
I have changed items as you said.I mapped line #38 to "A",but nothing happened when i pressed the orange button,while playing WarThunder.

!!! It looks like firmware 1.586 does not work with keyboard maapping properly!
Try 1.569 from FTP, I will look for up to date one.
