STECS WON'T TURN ON

Hello, I need help with my STECS v1. When I turn on my PC, all the peripherals turn on except for the STECS: the red LED on the throttle flashes, the one on the base remains off, and the one on the stem remains solid red. I have checked all the USB port settings, replaced the USB cable, and updated STECS to the latest version. If I disconnect and reconnect the USB cable while the PC is on, everything works and even VKBDevCfg-C detects the throttle, but having to do this every time is depressing. Any ideas?

Could be a PSU issue; try unplugging other USB devices from your system or add a powered USB hub. Also, you can test it on another computer.

I tried with another PC and I have the same problem: red LEDs on the throttle and stem; I disconnect and reconnect the USB and everything works.
