Please change UPS for another courier company - It's horrendous

Hello,

I kindly suggest considering a change from UPS or providing an alternative option, even if it comes at an additional cost.

UPS has faced numerous delivery issues globally, as widely reported on forums and Reddit.

For instance, my order placed on October 22nd had its label printed on December 1st, handed over to UPS on December 2nd, and then sat in Eindhoven for several days. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday at 8:00 AM, but it only departed the facility at 11:00 AM, and now the delivery date has been changed again.

UPDATE: 13 days and counting: For whatever reason now they changed it again, without giving a delivery date.

UPS is not what it use to be, but same thing can be said about DHL as well.
Even in middle of larger city, the drivers can't even find the street that is impossible be passed or not to be found as it is so obviously located.
The delivery dates in all major companies change suddenly, that you pay for fast pick-up and they arrive on next day or day after that.
Some packages being delivered to you on friday, might just be avoided and delivered on monday or tuesday.

There is no choice here that would be better, as all are at least equally worse. Just 10 years ago you could have trusted baby to them, but today you can't.

I ordered some items from AliExpress two days after placing my VKB order, and it arrived two days ago. We're talking about a package that went through customs and a plethora of different paperwork. The courier? FedEx.

As for my package, it’s still uncertain what will happen, to be honest. The last time something like this happened, I had to reverse the payment through my bank because UPS wouldn’t take any action.

Same story.
And the package came from China with shipping costs included (free delivery)...
I am still waiting for the delivery of my VKB package, descheduled and without information (delay recalculated) after being stuck at home 2 days following the first delivery forecast...

Hi folks,

We used different courier companies in the past and eventually chosen UPS despite of its cost as it shows better performance than the others.
To some destinations we applied alternative courier companies but it does not show better performance and success rate so far.
I could say that from our experience overall performance of all courier companies within Europe is improved. But hiccups and mistakes in the sorting centers could happen with any company. If the parcel is damaged (which has never happened with UPS so far) or lost/stolen just open a ticket. We will open investigation with the courier company and send a replacement.

Also, in some areas certain companies deliver better than the others. In this case please mention in the order comment to use alternative vendor.
