Hello,

I made the payment for an order through Przelewy24 ,the money was deducted, but when the payment was processed, an error appeared.

I do have confirmation from the bank itself, but can't see any order on my VKB account, at the same time Przelewy24 confirms the payment went through flawlessly.

What can I do?

For whatever reason, it took 2 hours to receive the confirmation email.
