Request to Change Courier Service Provider

I am reaching out to request a change in the courier service provider for your future shipments.
Currently, my package is shipped with UPS, but unfortunately, I have encountered repeated issues with their service.
They frequently fail to deliver on time, and it is challenging to contact them for updates or assistance.

For instance, my VBK order, initially scheduled for delivery on October 30th, has now been delayed until November 4th due to UPS issues.
Given these ongoing challenges, I would appreciate it if you could consider switching to a more reliable courier service to avoid such delays in the future.

Hello Kaprych,

Sorry to hear that you have a delay. It could happen with any courier service once in a while.

Our overall experience with UPS is quite good but I understand that in some area one courier service is more reliable than the other. We could always find an alternative shipping vendor for a particular client. When ordering with us next time, please mention that you would like to use alternative service provider in the order comments and we will do that for you.

Your customer service is superb! I’ll definitely remember that for my next orders, as I’m sure I’ll place at least one more :)

Although there was a slight delay of a few days, the UPS delivery didn’t overshadow how much I love these joysticks. I’ve been playing Elite Dangerous nonstop since I received my order! Hats off. Thank you for making the world a better place for me, @VBK.
