Today I placed order for Products Gladiator NXT EVO Omni Throttle - GNX EVO Omni Throttle SCG Right Premium and Gladiator NXT EVO 'Space Combat Edition' - SCG Premium Left.
I proceed through method Przelewy24 and completed Payment process.
I received confirmation that transaction was successful and that was it. No order shows up on my account, no confirmation email received.
Support Agent Valer VKB FSC in ticket #16546 says that there is no order placed, however I was talking with support of PayPal, Przelewy24 and my bank, and on every level I have confirmation that transaction was successful.

You did not get the confirmation because the order was not placed with us.
Przelewy24 very often does not put payments from Poland through to us. You can try it one more time after they return the amount back on your account today or tomorrow, or you can use a direct bank transfer instead:

In this case please do not forget to mention your order number.

Then when I point out why it's even possibility to use Przelewy24 I received this answer:
Przelewy24 works most of the time, but glitches from time to time, we do not know why.
If the payment comes through an order would be placed in our system. Now it is not the case. Thus they'll have to return the payment soonest back on your account. If they don't do that please contact them ASAP.
