Do any of you have experience with the response time of VKB Europe costumer service? My package apparently has been lost in transport by UPS und they need VKB to contact them. I have opened a ticket on tuesday and have not received any response until now. I´ve been hoping to resolve this issue quickly, so that the stick has a chance to arrive this week, but I guess that ship has sailed
Hello Dalyr, Please mention the ticket number or your order number. We had some complaints since we ship a lot of orders lately but I believe all of them are addressed by now.
We use mostly UPS as per our experience they are one of the most reliable delivery company for shipping within Europe. It is our own statistics. But parcels still might be lost or stolen for different reasons. We always keep some reserve of items for that case to quickly re-submit if needed.
