STECS Stuck at 50% to 100%

I am haaving problem with the brand new STECS I just bought.

The Throttle is suck at 50% to 100% setting on the VKBDevCfg-C.exe software, I have followed VKB instructional video, and others online.
I did everything right, but the program will not reset to 0% after my Calibration, (5 times), My MSFS 2020 is picking this up, the Throttle is moving from 50% to 100% not going to idle.

Please help.

Very sorry to hear that your first impressions were less than perfect.
Apologize for the time you lost on trying to make STECS work!
A ticket at the dealer's will help better and faster, I'd recommend opening it right away.
If that doesn't help, or you get no reply within a few days, ping me, I will look into it.
