No, it's not, lol. I've bought here before and also ordered a second stick last week.
Customer support, particularly response times are known to be lacking, you can't have everything.
Did you check what it said on the page, whether it's in stock? Most things here are often sold out. They never had a lot of stock to begin with, and now there are some uhm, disruptions for ships going through the Suez canal. So everything is taking longer.
Hence, several items are only available on backorder. That means that you can order now, and will receive it as soon as the next sea shipment arrives, which according to the News page is the 15th of May. You basically reserve one item from the next batch that gets shipped in from China.
You probably ordered a backorder stick, and will now have to wait ~2 weeks, sorry. I received an email today saying that they'll start shipping that new batch at around May 21st, I assume it'll be the same for you.
Re: Ordered some joysticks - NO RESPONSE
On the main page...
"Shipping for backordered items (Gladiator variants) is planned during a week of the 27th of May "
So another week to wait!

It's the week of the 27th.... Banner still hasn't changed.
A simple. "The stock has arrived" post would be appreciated.

Re: Ordered some joysticks - NO RESPONSE
My order from May 12th is still processing, I hope today we will get some good news about this shipment :]
Re: Ordered some joysticks - NO RESPONSE
Do you have any news? I Ordered a joystick the 21th of may and i still have the same status and no news. It would be great if they communicate something about the order status.

There's a banner on the website announcing shipping this week. There are many packages to go out, so might take a few days.

Spoke to support yesterday. Shipment is later than expected, but still due this week. Oldest orders will ship first. I ordered three weeks ago, so mine will go out sometime next week. Yours will hopefully be after mine.
Now updated news

Re: Ordered some joysticks - NO RESPONSE
Going to necro this one to cite a positive example: I've just ordered an item listed as "in stock" from the EU-store yesterday (Sunday) and today (Monday morning) I already got the "your order is ready for shipment"-mail and the order is flagged as "completed" on my VKB-store account. Guess it'll be another day or two before I get shipping notification and the heads-up mail from UPS.
EDIT: Just got the UPS mail about 2 hours ago, promising delivery by tomorrow (Tuesday .. or on the second business-day after I ordered).
I do live in another country, but still only about 200km away from VKB's office - but I'm not 100% sure UPS will be able to pull this off. At the very latest it should be here on Wednesday.
It's been a while since my last order, but I'm pretty sure it also went this quickly when I ordered last and the item(s) I bought were "in stock".
Back-ordered items can be a bit of a pain, I'm sure. But we do have to remember that there are other factors involved here that are out of VKB's direct control. Like shipping companies or customs-officers, etc... plus from what I hear, international shipping can still be a bit hairy. I thought things had more or less returned to normal after the pandemic ended, but I guess I was wrong..

Re: Ordered some joysticks - NO RESPONSE
I'm so happy for you (unless you're Eduardo speaking from another account!). I live a little bit further away from VKB Europe office and still waiting. Almost 8 weeks as of now. Every now and then fed with bullshit excuses. So as they say YMMV.
From my perspective though I'm vastly disappointed with this joke company and their super incompetent employees with a cherry on the top - a website not working on mobiles and shitty so 90s/not ssl'ed php forum that serves as a wailing wall for the customers who don't know what's going on with their purchases. It's all a great peephole inbo how does this company is run on the inside. Shame VKB.
I'm strongly considering withdraw from insanely 8-weeks-long-around-the-africa queue and taking two ursa minor for a bit more than one gladiator and show VKB Linus Torvalds' nvidia finger.

Re: Ordered some joysticks - NO RESPONSE
Considering the attitude that you have put into every one of your posts here so far, I am surprised you have not done so already. I would encourage you to do so, I am sure you will be happier with their products.
Re: Ordered some joysticks - NO RESPONSE
i expect same chinisium technology. but..
chinese winwing at least appear to more honest - one in showing far and wide they stole gimbal design from chinese vkb, two - in telling EXACTLY when their product will be available and shipped.
