Gunfighter4 loose USB connection

Hi all bought the New gunfighter 4 series couple of months ago I've installed the v2.16.0 firmware and updated to device config v0.92.88 .
The problem is when I turn on the computer the joystick isn't connecting I've changed USB ports three to four times now . Using rear ports as well as front ports .


Another questing is how to use config tools axis using the numbers % for curve .
Every time I put a number in the box on line , once I click the next number it reverts back to original numbers .
I'm trying to put in a curve using the numbers instead of drawing a curve .
